Indemnity

The indemnity is accepted in your member dashboard, where the full clauses are displayed. Sign in, open Dashboard, then choose Indemnity in the sidebar (or go to /dashboard/indemnity).

The clauses cover fitness to participate, voluntary participation and assumption of risk, following staff instruction, the limits of what the studio can advise on, release of liability, consent to record your information, and responsibility for personal property.

Vacuum and infrared equipment involves physical exertion, heat and negative pressure. We need to know that you have disclosed anything relevant to your safety, and that you understand what a session involves, before you use a machine.

You may withdraw your acceptance at any time by contacting the studio at roll@bodyactiv.co.za, but we will not be able to admit you to sessions while it is withdrawn.
